![]() Then they deleted the library with the '1' attached, and updated my account to point to the empty library, without the '1'. Instead, they had me turn off Files on Demand and sync my entire onedrive library to My PC, then unlink my onedrive client from my account. ![]() Initially, support was going to delete the empty library and rename the one containing my data to remove the '1', but they were not able to do that for some reason. If I modified the URL, removing the 1 from the end of my email address, it took me to the empty library. When I opened my OneDrive for business library in a web browser, the URL included my email address with a '1' appended to the end of it. ![]() One thing they tried a few weeks ago is worth noting I apparently had 2 OneDrive for Business libraries. Support has tried a few more things, to no avail. Just a quick update to say that I've still made no progress here.
